These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by SN Olympia Fitness Gym. By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on the site
We work to keep programs, plans, prices and product details accurate, but they can change. Nothing on the website is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Prices and availability are confirmed by the front desk or the FITNEX store before you pay.
Membership
Booking a free visit does not commit you to joining. Memberships, payments, freezes, refunds and gym rules are governed by the membership terms you agree to when you join at the gym.
FITNEX store
- The website is a catalogue. There is no online checkout and no online payment.
- An enquiry on WhatsApp is not an order. The store confirms stock and the final price, and the sale happens in person at the store.
- Product information is copied from the manufacturer's label and materials. The pack you buy takes precedence over the website.
- Images may differ from the pack in hand, for example after a manufacturer changes its design.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, overload or disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or someone else's details in our forms.
Intellectual property
The SN Olympia and FITNEX names, the SN Olympia mark, and the site's design, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. Brand names and product images of manufacturers belong to their owners.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. See the disclaimer for health and supplement information.
