This website is operated by SN Olympia Fitness Gym (“SN Olympia”, “we”, “us”), including the FITNEX Nutrition & Supplement Store inside the gym. This policy covers personal information collected through this website. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
What we collect
When you book a free visit
Your name and mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, a preferred date and time, the program you're interested in and a short message. We only use these to arrange and follow up on your visit. You confirm consent with the checkbox on the form.
When you message us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send. Once you do, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and the message. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Technical information
Our servers record basic request details (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of the forms. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff sign-in for the admin area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.
Maps
If a Google Maps view is shown on the contact page, Google may collect information when it loads, under Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To contact you about a visit you requested or a question you sent.
- To answer product enquiries for the FITNEX store.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that host and run this website and its database, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Visit requests and enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted within 12 months if you don't become a member. Members' records are kept for the length of the membership and as long afterwards as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we don't need to keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent — we'll stop using the information from then on.
To make a request or raise a concern, use the details on our contact page. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The website forms are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Security
Information sent through the site is encrypted in transit. Access to stored information is limited to authorised staff and logged.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date on this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
